Family information will be kept STRICTLY confidential.
Do not go alone to deliver the gifts, but arrange to meet in a public place (ex: church on the weekend, restaurant, etc.)
Communicate via phone or email within 48 hours of being notified of your receiving family to introduce yourself and discuss details.
You agree to not hold Grace Family Church, its staff, volunteer staff, and/or receiving family accountable for any losses, bodily harm, or damages to you or your personal property. You agree to have all measures in place to secure your safety during the delivery process.
After reviewing your family's application, do not ask personal details about why your family has submitted a request due to privacy and confidentiality terms between the family and Grace Family Church.
You are acknowledging that you are a representative of Jesus Christ first and Grace Family Church second. You agree to show Christ's likeness by respectfully being the hands and feet of Jesus to these families.
